I did my car shopping for my Subaru Outback Wilderness model mostly via email and texting. They were very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Howard Marfell our sales person was very professional and easy to work with. No sales pressure because he knew exactly what I was looking for. Jessica Kent our finance manager was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with also. Although she kept pushing their extra warranty to me which I felt awkward about.

I have used the service department of this dealership several times in past years and have not had any issues (with the employees or the service performed) which is why I keep coming back. The service personnel are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

Service department did a good job. I was satisfied and only a bit irritated by the fact that they tried to sell me more than I requested I understand or in business to make a profit, but don’t try and sell me stuff. I really don’t need.

I saw a former LHS football player my son's played football with, working in your service department, as a mechanic, this young man, Andy Cruz, is an Awesome person & hard working as well. Only issue was I was under the impression I was entitled to free oil changes as long as I owned the vehicle ... not reflected on the invoice, was in a hurry couldn't stop to ask for clarification. Maybe next time.

This was a follow-up service to a previous service that did not resolve the issue. Service Adviser Marcos Ortega wrote up the service order, provided a loaner vehicle, and called me as soon as the car was complete and ready for pickup.
The only issue was the length of time it took for the write-up at drop-off and closure at pick-up. You may want to allow for flexibility of another person to step in and assist the Service Writer that was already a bit overwhelmed with a customer.
Overall, my experience with your Service Department has always been positive.

Had new car first serviced. Service rep was very helpful and got things taken care of quickly. Informed me and showed me cabin filter was dirty and need to be changed. Overall very good customer service.

Vehicle advertised online was there when we arrived. We were greeted promptly and got down to business. After the test drive we sat down to crunch numbers and within no time agreed on a fair price. Overall experience was great and will do business with this dealer again.

New people & it took 2hours & 45 minutes. Car came back sopping wet & I asked if they could dry it. They did. I noticed that my drivers door was still filthy. I drive all the way from Winter Haven. I had an oil change & tires rotated. I thought $122 was a little high. Not happy with my experience this time.

Normally would have given more stars but something has changed. I had a scheduled appointment for routine maintenance to change oil and filter, took 2.5hrs !! Usually its 1hr or so. Andrew in sales dept is great, my rating is only for the service department.

Kevin in parts was most helpful getting info on parts [or lack of parts] for my 2006 XLR. Service Dept. Associate Marcos was also most helpful with an inspection of my Liftgate problems.

Brought car in on a Monday due to oil leaking. After 1.5 hours, told they'd have to order part & it would be ready the next day. Gave me a loaner. Finally got my car back on Friday. There needed to be better communication from service dept.

More assistance from a qualified person to set up the electronics in a newly purchased be used or new. it’s been 12 years since I purchased a vehicle. You can imagine the change in technology in that time. Still trying to figure some of the stuff out.

I made an 8:15 appointment to get my first checkout on my SOLTERRA. Micheal was my service advisor and was knowledgeable of what service I needed and was very helpful in getting it done quickly because I had a doctor’s later in the morning.

I took a ride with a mechanic to see if he could discern where the noise was coming from when I drive over a speed bump. After hearing the sound the mechanic put my XT-4 on a hoist but found no issues. I’m concerned that this might develop into something in the future.

In purchased my Outback Onyx at Lakeland Subaru in 2024. The Service Department continues to provide professional care for my vehicle. Shout out to Tony in service. He listened to my concerns. The waiting room is very comfortable. Plent of snacks and beverages. Well worth the two and half hour drive.
