Do not trust the sales process at Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland. My wife and I walked into this dealership (June 2026) completely prepared to sign the paperwork and purchase a 2026 Buick Enclave Avenir. We had done our due diligence, researched the market, and were ready to make a deal.

I had an issue with the service dept. Dropped my car off at 9:00 AM for routine maintenance, didn't get the car back until almost 2:00 PM. Evidently if you request a loaner car you are moved to the back of the line while all of the "waiters" are taken care of first. Had I been informed of this I would have waited instead of wasting my whole day getting service on my car which only has a little over 8,000 miles.
3 hours for an oil change & service seemed a little excessive, but I always feel good about the service to my car they provide.
I had the most AMAZING experience with Luis and Jessica! From start to finish i felt important and treated as if I were family. Every question I could have had was answered before I could even think them lol. I just want to say WOW! My experience with this dealership has always been excellent. From buying a vehicle to getting service, they are top-notch. Recently, I brought my older Buick in because it was acting up. Unfortunately, they couldn't find a problem, but I appreciated their honesty. They have never taken advantage of me or tried to sell me anything I didn't need.

I purchased a new Envista Avenir. The sales person Victor was excellent. Everyone very respectful and professional. The entire purchase experience was excellent from sales to finance.
Service was great and took as long as I expected! Everyone was kind in answering my questions and explaining things. Checking in was easy and they set me up to use a loaner vehicle while my car was getting serviced. Drop off was also easy and took no time to get everything completed.

David Bushnell assisted with service on my 2021 Buick Envision. The issue was caused by faulty design on installation of the windshield washer reservoir and the difficulty encountered when attempting to change out a damaged unit with a new one. Dave was friendly, informative and I gained confidence in his assessment of the situation. Although I declined to have the service completed, I'm grateful for his honesty and understanding, which I have not experienced very often in the car service area. Also, I was not charged for the evaluation, which was also rare. Thanks Dave!

He kept me updated throughout the process and made me aware of other services available of which I chose one (coolent fluid exchange) to be added to my original service requests. I have had a slow air leak from one of my tires. Tech found that the pressure sensors needed to be readjusted, and that a new tire was not needed.
We purchased a 2026 Buick Enclave. This was one of the best vehicle buying experiences we have had and we have purchased too many vehicles-LOL. Anyway, I never felt pressured. Our salesman, Andrew Rodriguez, was patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Jessica in finance was great to work with too! We are very pleased with our purchase and the awesome experience makes it that much better!

Took my 2020 Cadillac Escalade for service and found facilities sub-par, service was not impressive either compared to other dealerships in the area that offer what I describe as first class service. I hope they can up their game.

Only concerns is tech often, leaves something off the car, this time was a valve cover. Little things like that are an annoyance. Also, I do not like the policy of adding 3% to credit card transactions, credit cards are a cost of doing business and penalizes those of a more limited budget who also might have older cars with more costly maintenance. Like most "normal" people, I'm not a big fan of car shopping! But, Buick Lakeland and our salesman, Keith made the process very easy and with NO pressure. Also, Keith is probably the most knowledgeable salesman I've ever dealt with and he made it a great experience.

This is the second Subaru I purchased from this dealership. My first purchase was a 2018 Outback when the dealership was Cannon Subaru. However, I have moved to North Florida so unfortunately, I will not be back for service unless it is an unusual circumstance.

The service department is wonderful and I really appreciated the video version of the “all points inspection” showing me the undercarriage of my car, the rotors, the brake pads, the tires, and all of the issues which the technician could see and was able to show me what was really going on. I was very impressed with an honest evaluation and a visual look at exactly what they were talking about and what was going on with my car.
